Qualification Requirements
Degree in organic chemistry or related fields (Bachelor/Master/PhD)
Minimum two years of relevant work experience in synthetic chemistry (preferred)
Profound knowledge and understanding of organic chemistry
Proven ability to work independently, effectively plan and organize work activities, prioritize task
completion to meet project deadlines
Problem-solving mindset and adequate experience in optimizing/troubleshooting protocols
Excellent chemical expertise in carrying out custom synthesis projects
Intermediate level of English
Main Responsibilities
Synthesis of novel organic molecules
Multi-step synthetic procedures, including their development and optimization
Bibliographic search and alternative synthetic strategies analysis
Application of physicochemical and chromatographic methods
Interpretation of NMR and LCMS data
Keeping laboratory experimental data notebooks and relevant paperwork
Preparing professional reports and scientific publications
