Qualifications Requirements

Ph.D. or Master's Degree in statistics/biomathematics, bioinformatics, cheminformatics, computational chemistry, or related disciplines

Minimum two years of relevant work experience, including practical involvement in chemical/biological research projects (preferred)

Profound understanding of computational chemistry methods, statistical concepts of data analysis, and cheminformatics software

Competence in adapting pipelines and algorithms to match specific tasks in order to optimize the outcome, using modern programming languages

Appropriate analytical, multi-tasking, problem-solving, organizational, and planning efficiency

Professional communication and correspondence skills

Intermediate level of English

Main Responsibilities

Compound evaluation and filtering by physicochemical properties or chemical groups

Professional literature search and analysis

Evaluation of a large scope of scientific data (SQL, context search, advanced search)

Іn silico design of custom targeted and focused chemical libraries

Handling chemical tables and databases using DDL, DQL, DML, DCL, and TCL SQL
